Once we receive and have reviewed your order, an actual Funroom™ Representative will send you an email (not an automated reply) with the subject line of "Re: Funroom™ Order" usually within 24 hours. Once your order is processed and shipped we will send you a second email with the subject line of "Funroom™ Order Shipped" with the UPS tracking information. If you have any questions about your order please contact us using our Online Contact Form.
Shipping Note
Please allow plenty of time to receive your order. No RUSH shipping available. We will process and ship your order usually within 1-4 business days. All products ship via UPS ground. Shipping is based on 10% of the purchase price with a minimum of $8.00 per order. All shipping is for continental US only. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box - must be a street address.
Gift Orders
You can send your order as a gift! Just fill out the "Gift Recipient" information on the Check Out page, and we will send it out for you, with a short gift message.
Taxes
We collect 8.75% state sales tax on New York state orders. Tax will be calculated and shown on the next "Confirm Order" page.
